Frequently Asked Questions
Q:    What do I do if  my order has been damaged?
A:   If there is damage to your order, please call Pat Boling at 2260 as soon as possible.  
Do not call Central Receiving or the vendor.  She will call the vendor and report the 
damage.  The vendor will give Pat a return authorization number and a call tag to 
pick up at the receiving dock.  You have 15 days to report damage to your order.  
The order will not be replaced if damage is reported after 15 days.

Q:    How do I get on the bid list?
A:    Fill out the
vendor application and mail it to the Procurement Services 
Department.

Q:    I need to Express Mail a bid, what is your physical address?
A:    Our physical address is 2713 Pawnee Street, Jonesboro, AR  72401.

Q:    How do I apply for a P-Card?   
A:    1. Go to the
P-Card link on our website 
        2. Complete the New Account Application and Agreement forms and obtain all 
            required signatures.
        3. Send these two documents to Lisa Glasco in Procurement Services.
            Lisa will send the application to U.S. Bank, and they will mail the cards to our 
            department.  Lisa will contact your department when the card arrives. The P-Card 
            usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.
